Since that moment I primarily make a living at consulting and helping companies/startups deliver intelligent rich internet content and powerful applications based on the Adobe Flash Platform. Flash Player 9 UB 1008:5,-5000 Access denied error
If you get this error while installing the Player or during the installation of Flex 3 Beta 3, on Mac OSX Leopard, verify if you have Firefox installed. If you do, uninstall it, then re-install it again and try to run the Player install again, it should work this time.
I don't know why this works, but it does... Cheers.
